Refund Policy

1. Digital field access

Paid subscriptions unlock digital field readings and written weekly reports. Access begins when checkout is confirmed by our payment partner Paddle (Merchant of Record).

2. When a refund may apply

If the service cannot be delivered after a successful payment, contact us within 14 days. Chargebacks should first go through Paddle’s buyer process. We do not refund completed weekly reports that were already generated for your saved field.

3. Entertainment, not advice

Purchases are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, or financial advice, and dissatisfaction with a personal interpretation is not by itself grounds for a refund.

4. How to request

Use the Contact page with your order email and Paddle receipt ID. We respond in English by default.
