1. Nature of the software
GET–CHRONO–FLOW is digital software. ChronoEngine maps temporal coordinates you enter (name, sex, date, time, place) into a personal field reading. Output is for reflection and entertainment only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. It is not fortune-telling, clairvoyance, or a horoscope.
2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Algorithms
All mathematical models, high-dimensional calculation logic, user interfaces, branding, and graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Reverse engineering, data scraping, or unauthorized commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.
3. Eligibility & Minors Protection
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Minors may only access services under the explicit guidance and consent of a legal guardian.
4. Accuracy of Coordinates & User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their submitted birth date, time, and geographical location. The platform assumes no liability for calculation variances resulting from inaccurate user inputs.
5. Digital subscriptions
Paid plans are software subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, yearly). They unlock digital field views and written weekly notes constrained by your saved field JSON. Access begins when checkout is confirmed.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for temporary interruptions, maintenance, or network issues. You remain responsible for decisions you make after using the software.
7. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle buyer terms apply to the payment. Operator: GET–CHRONO–FLOW / getchronoflow.com.
8. Cancellation
Cancel through the Paddle customer portal or by writing to support@getchronoflow.com with your order email. Access continues until the end of the paid term. Chargebacks and payment disputes go through Paddle.
9. Acceptance before purchase
Starting checkout means you accept these Terms and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not start checkout.
